These terms cover your use of casara-life.me. They are short because the site is a personal blog, not a service.
What this site is
Casa RA is Randy and Anitra writing about their own move from Florida to Belize — the build, the boat, the food, the mistakes. It is a record of what happened to us.
What it is not
It is not professional advice. We write about relocating internationally, buying land, building off-grid, and living on a budget, and none of that is legal, financial, tax, immigration, medical or construction advice. Our circumstances are not your circumstances, rules differ by country and change over time, and something that worked for us may be wrong or illegal where you are. Talk to someone qualified before acting on anything you read here.
Accuracy
We write things down as accurately as we can at the time. Prices, regulations, ferry schedules, contractor recommendations and border requirements all go stale. We do not promise that any of it is current, complete or correct, and we are not liable for what happens if you rely on it.
Our content
The words and photographs here are ours. You are welcome to quote a passage or share a link with attribution. Republishing whole posts, or using our photographs commercially, needs our permission first — ask and we will usually say yes.
Your use of the site
Use it normally. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to distribute anything harmful.
Links to other places
We link to other sites and services we find useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their terms.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.
