Meet Randy & Anitra

We’re Randy and Anitra, a couple who decided to trade the daily grind for Caribbean paradise! After years of working remotely in Florida, we realized life is too short not to chase our dreams.

Our Story

Randy is a software developer who loves sailing, scuba diving, and anything tech-related or adventure He’s been building software systems for years and finally decided to build a different kind of life. He’s also creating Sobremesa, a meal cooking app born from the belief that every great conversation starts at the table — the kind of life we’re building toward.

Anitra is a kind soul with a live of birds, travel, cooking and experiencing new cultures. She’s a great planner with the rare ability to keep Randy on target (most of the time).

Together, we make a great team - Randy handles the tech and the drive for adventure, while Anitra captures the beauty and stories of our journey. Whether it’s planning our next meal together or planning our next chapter in Belize, we’re doing it side by side.
